  • No. UpBeauty is not responsible for purchasing, scheduling or changing international flights. Our responsibility and services begin only when you land in Brazil.

  • The process begins with:

    - Completing the medical form.

    - Sending any recent exams you have had, such as your last check-up, and sending photos as instructed. (During the teleconsultation, the doctor will use the photos to understand what you want and discuss details of your procedure).

    This prior assessment is essential to ensure your safety and alignment between your expectations and the potential result.

  • Cosmetic and surgical procedures, by their nature, cannot have 100% guaranteed results, as they depend on individual factors such as genetics, pre-existing conditions and healing process. However, we work exclusively with the most renowned professionals in Brazil, with an extensive portfolio of successful cases and international training. All of our medical partners offer full support in case of complications or unsatisfactory results, including revision procedures when clinically indicated.

    In addition, our contract includes virtual follow-up consultations after your return to the US to monitor your recovery and results.

    After returning to the US:

    - Follow-up consultations via telemedicine with the Brazilian specialist who performed your procedure.

    - Coverage for a return visit to Brazil in specific cases requiring intervention by the original professional (as per terms specified in the contract).

    - Assistance in communicating with your doctor in the US, including providing complete documentation of the procedure performed.

  • The values ​​are made up of several factors that can only be estimated once the scope has been defined, such as:

  • No. Meals at the hotel or any other location are your responsibility. The exception is for pre-paid gastronomic experience packages.
