▲ Non-Surgical Therapies:

  • PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma): Injection of the patient's own plasma into the scalp to stimulate hair follicles

  • Low Level Laser: Stimulates circulation and cellular metabolism in the follicles

  • Hair Mesotherapy: Microinjections of vitamins, minerals and medications directly into the scalp

  • LED Therapy: Red light that stimulates hair growth

▲ Topical and Oral Medications:

  • Minoxidil: Applied directly to the scalp to stimulate growth

  • Finasteride: Oral medication that reduces the conversion of testosterone to DHT

  • Nutraceuticals: Specific supplements with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for hair health

▲ Hair Implant (Transplant):

How it is done:

  1. Procedure performed under local anesthesia

  2. Extraction of follicular units:

    • FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation): A strip of scalp is removed from the donor area (usually the back of the head) of the head) and dissected into individual follicular units

    • FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction): Follicular units are extracted individually using micropunches, without the need for linear incisions

  3. Preparation of follicular units under a microscope

  4. Creation of microincisions in the recipient area (bald or thinning area)

  5. Careful implantation of each follicular unit into the incisions

  6. The procedure can last from 4 to 8 hours, depending on the number of follicles

  7. Initial recovery lasts about 7-10 days, with visible results after 6-12 months

  8. More than one session may be necessary for ideal density

▲ Advantages of the Brazilian technique:

  • Special attention to the natural angulation of the hairs for a more harmonious result

  • Strategic density for a natural appearance

  • Preservation of donor areas for future procedures if necessary
